When will my order ship?
Each piece is made to order to reduce waste and ensure every garment is created with care. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your order’s journey. Delivery times vary depending on your location and local postal services.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Please review our Sizing & Fit guide before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@softtopco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll make it right.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders move into production quickly. If you need to make a change, contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we can’t guarantee adjustments will be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We deliver worldwide. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout. Some countries may require customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are set by your local agency and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking your country's import guidelines before placing your order.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
If tracking shows no movement for 10+ business days (domestic) or 30+ business days (international), reach out to us so we can investigate.
