When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Because each item is produced to order, processing times may vary slightly depending on demand. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email with delivery updates.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Email hello@softtopco.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We'll review your request and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are submitted to production shortly after they are placed, which means changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
If you've made a mistake with your order, contact hello@softtopco.com immediately and we'll do our best to help before production begins.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
What if my package is delayed or missing?
If your tracking information has not updated for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 30 business days (international), contact us and we'll investigate with the shipping carrier.
