Shipping policy

Each Soft Top Co. piece is made to order, crafted with intention, and sent straight from our fulfillment partners to your door. This helps us reduce waste, stay soft-coded, and deliver pieces made just for you.


🕐 Processing Time

All orders are made-to-order and typically take 3–7 business days to process before shipping. During high-volume times, processing may take a bit longer — we’ll keep you posted if that happens.


📦 Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We currently ship through standard carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.) selected by our fulfillment partners. Once your order is fulfilled, typical delivery times are:

  • U.S. orders: 3–6 business days

  • International orders: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or seasonal volume.


✈️ Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promotions — subscribe to our newsletter to stay in the loop.


📍 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label is created.


🌎 International Orders

We currently ship to select countries outside the U.S. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by their local government.


❗️Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order ships, it's in the hands of the carrier — but we’re still here to help. If your package seems lost or delayed beyond the expected delivery window, reach out to hello@softtopco.com, and we’ll look into it with care.
