Because every Soft Top Co. piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing, preference, or buyer's remorse. Please review product details and size guides carefully before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or not what you ordered, we’ll absolutely make it right.

Please email us at hello@softtopco.com within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product

Once reviewed, we’ll issue a replacement or refund depending on the situation.


Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve entered production, as each item is made just for you. If you made a mistake, reach out quickly and we’ll do our best to catch it in time.
